I live in Maryland, and I traveled to New York for an event and DJ Kavan and his team were DJing and I knew I had to get them for my wedding. I paid extra for the travel but it was all worth it. (Even with travel, their price was still reasonable) He had everything I had planned for each event from a Dholi to sparkles on stage to a photoboth to a mobile baraat and more. Kavan is an awesome MC. He can definitely get the crowd hyped up, and he knows his audience to music jam. I definitely recommend them for your next event. You won't regret it!

Elite Events literally rocked the house (and neighborhood) at our at home Sangeet and left our reception guests calling us for 2 weeks after saying they have never danced so hard before. The entertainment and DJ are what make a reception, and Elite Events gave us not only a night we'll remember forever but our guests will as well. The production level of everything from the MC to the music to the LED screens and fireworks was spectacular in quality and organization. The staff was extremely professional and can't thank them enough. We ran out of seating as more people showed than RSVP'ed and the crew was quick to take action in moving the intros along and open up the dance floor to manage the people logistics for us. I have also never seen a sober reception that kept the dance floor packed from 9pm to 2am with almost 600 people, but Elite Events did it. I can not thank you enough for the most memorable night, it was like a movie. As time has past, our reception is still one of top events for our guests, and these guys made it happen.

He was willing to jump on a call whenever needed. I always felt like a priority, though I know he had lots of other things on his plate. Adaptable - As is true with any wedding, things evolved during the months leading up to the event and even the night before the event. DJ Rohit came from NJ to VA for my sangeet. He played the right songs and accommodated everyone’s request and was flexible. I would highly recommend him for any future events.

Hired DJ Sodhi for our reception and he was a total hit!! He made sure to play the right songs for our entrances (and last song of the night). DJ RKG is the man, and one of the most professional vendors I’ve worked with. He DJed my North Indian x South Indian x Jewish wedding celebration of 400+ people. Here’s what makes RKG a great DJ: Accessible & communicative - DJ RKG always responded to my questions and requests immediately, even when he was traveling. He was willing to jump on a call whenever needed. I always felt like a priority, though I know he had lots of other things on his plate. Adaptable - As is true with any wedding, things evolved during the months leading up to the event and even the night before the event. Rahul was willing to make a change with no fuss, and even provided advice on event flow, MCing, etc when we needed it. Trustworthy & Resourceful - When we needed additional mics or screens, Rahul was able to source quotes and options for us. He helped us find a dhol player who was fantastic and knew how to work a crowd, at a very fair rate. Even when I needed help with things completely unrelated to DJing like decor, DJ RKG provided reputable recommendations. He showed up ahead of time and ready to go. Fun - DJ RKG lit up the dance floor. He knew the exact right music to play - we got compliments from our guests on the music choices. He offered the opportunity for us to come up to the DJ booth. Elite Events literally rocked the house (and neighborhood) at our at home Sangeet and left our reception guests calling us for 2 weeks after saying they have never danced so hard before. The entertainment and DJ are what make a reception, and Elite Events gave us not only a night we'll remember forever but our guests will as well. The production level of everything from the MC to the music to the LED screens and fireworks was spectacular in quality and organization. The staff was extremely professional and can't thank them enough. We ran out of seating as more people showed than RSVP'ed and the crew was quick to take action in moving the intros along and open up the dance floor to manage the people logistics for us. I have also never seen a sober reception that kept the dance floor packed from 9pm to 2am with almost 600 people, but Elite Events did it. I can not thank you enough for the most memorable night, it was like a movie. As time has past, our reception is still one of top events for our guests, and these guys made it happen.

We had a fantastic experience with our DJ! Before the events, we discussed the type of music we enjoyed dancing to and what we found annoying on the dance floor, like when DJs constantly remix Bollywood songs at the beat drop, making it hard for people to sing along or dance properly, which can lead to a loss of interest. At our events, he did an amazing job of keeping almost all our guests on the dance floor, with very few not dancing at all. Elite Events literally rocked the house (and neighborhood) at our at home Sangeet and left our reception guests calling us for 2 weeks after saying they have never danced so hard before. The entertainment and DJ are what make a reception, and Elite Events gave us not only a night we'll remember forever but our guests will as well. The production level of everything from the MC to the music to the LED screens and fireworks was spectacular in quality and organization. The staff was extremely professional and can't thank them enough. Kevin and his team made sure to accommodate our requests as they were changing by the week. We put a lot of trust into this company. While juggling many other obstacles, we didn’t have a lot of time to discuss with Kevin and his team our expectations. We gave Kevin a brief understanding of the types of music we like and asked him to do the best he could. The outcome we got was much better than we had expected. We had multiple friends even ask about our dj after the event. I’d certainly recommend using Elite Events for any event of any size.

The most comforting factor with Mike is that he is genuinely a part of your event, unlike other DJs I have seen who are there just to perform their services and be done as quickly as possible. Magic Mike (from NJ) was professional with his demeanor but I expected more quality for someone so experienced and who came recommended by our vendor, the Rockleigh Country Club. On the day of the wedding, he asked me to switch the placement of the first dance and did not seem too happy about us not agreeing with him. Songs for certain events were skipped, misplayed, and at one point three different songs played for the wrong part of the reception. He also asked me for more details about a song that was to play during a solo dance right before my reception on the day of the wedding!! Which btw, he started to play, then cut, and restarted. My poor cousin still held it together and just restarted the whole dance. He had what looked like a 13 yr. old manning the dj station while he was mcing. AND the monogram I created and gave him was all SKEWED on the dance floor- ugh - that looks so bad in pictures! He did some cool things during the party like throw streamers and he has a good voice, and played our dance list fairly close to what we wanted. But, he never played our last song.

He was on time and very professional. Music and mixing of music was awsome. Great light show. Dance floor was packed!!;Did not stick with our Do not play list songs.

We met with a lot of DJs, including a lot of prima donnas. Even though we met with Magic Mike and liked his confident laid back style, on a friend's recommendation we initially decided to go with a younger and 'hipper' DJ. Pretty soon it was obvious to us that the so called 'hip' DJ was all about himself and not about our wedding. We decided to ask Mike if he was still available to DJ our wedding and he was! Mike was a great listener, gave us great ideas and very flexible. He showed up the day of the wedding on time and fully prepared. Mike kept the entire program on schedule and did not need any direction. We were totally hands off and he delivered just as you would want a great DJ to. The music was great and everyone was on the dance floor. We were really happy with our choice.

One thing that separates DJ Magic Mike from all other DJ's (and we met with MANY DJ's) is his low pressure personality. He listens to your needs and never pushes more expensive or unnecessary packages onto you which ALMOST ALL other DJ's will do. He is very easy to get along with and very flexible which is so crucial especially as the big day approaches. We had an idea of exactly how we wanted our event to flow but Mike had also made some excellent suggestions in our planning to make the event flow even smoother. However, no matter how friendly and easy going a DJ is, it doesn't mean a thing if the music is not up to par. And this is where DJ Magic Mike really excelled. We had given him a sample of certain songs we wished to have played and he did an excellent job mixing in our songs with songs our guests really enjoyed. Magic Mike is the man. While we thought DJ'ing an Indian-Puerto Rican would have been difficult, he nailed it right on the mark. He met with myself and my wife on several occasions to go over the style of music and lighting we were looking for, showing numerous pictures and videos of his events as examples. The lighting and visuals he provides are high quality and up to date, all of which he set up perfectly. Since it was primarily an Indian wedding, there has a horse on which I rode in on. Magic Mike provided that as a service and let me tell you, that horse was no joke and as beautiful a horse as I could've asked for to ride to my soon to be wife. He also provided 3 belly dancers all of which were very professional and got people dancing very early into the reception. Later that year, we went to another wedding and was pleasantly surprised to find out that he was DJ'ing. It was just as amazing being a guest at a wedding he was playing at as it was being the bride and groom at ours. He even made a surprise appearance at the after party in the hotel! People still talk about how good the music was at our wedding. He's definitely played a major role in making our event a memorable one. The man clearly has a passion for what he does and it 100% shows in the quality of service he provides from start to finish.
