Rated 5.0 Eddie's is amazing. He's an incredible chef and everyone that works there is extremely friendly. I love the way he includes interesting ingredients in his meals - including, yes, the one random potato that the guy in the last review couldn't handle. He probably needs to stick to chain restaurants, because he has no idea what he's talking about when it comes to independent restaurants - Eddie's is the best.

Rated 5.0 Everyone who works there is so kind and attentive. Their peanut sauce is really good as well, which is tough to find. I especially love how many tofu dishes they offer and the veggies are fresh!

Rated 5.0 Stumbled across this restaurant while in Seattle. It ended up being the best experience I've had at a Thai restaurant. Super clean, friendly staff and the best spring rolls I ever ate - complete with a plum sauce. If you like Thai food don't miss this place!

Rated 5.0 Eddie's is not your typical Thai restaurant, and if you like things to be made the "traditional way" you might be in for a surprise. I love how they add veggies to every dish! I also like that they have a low-oil pad thai option that is healthy(er) and yummy. I order from here frequently and as other reviews mentioned the ingredients of the dishes change slightly from week to week, but it's always tasty. Fast service and friendly.
