I got this after a worst experience with another company to get my tax return done during 2020 and 2021. The company approached me with a discounted offer for the first time but in doing so they chose an easy route for my dependents who do not have TIN. As I found out later, the company was not certified to process TIN on behalf of the client. This has resulted me to lose $3k due to fake offerings. This time, I did proper search including the recommendation on the NC website that landed me to the current company. I was impressed by their service with advanced document processing platform, staff ready to listen your cases and consider appropriate solution and payment plan, and excellent professional service. I highly recommend the company for anyone new to the US tax system and others in need of quality service.
