About Masala Indian Cuisine
We specialize in fine Indian cuisine cooked with perfect blend of spices or Masala. Established to offer an authentic fine Indian dining experience. The decision of what spices to use (and in what proportions) to concoct a perfect masala for a given dish depends on, among others, whether the dish includes meat, vegetables or fish and on the culinary origins of the dish. This process of creating a perfect mix to add just the right spice and flavor to different dishes is something of an art in itself, which our Chef, Ram Thapa, has mastered over years of training and exploration. We set ourselves apart with careful and precise flavoring of our offerings with perfect blend of spices (or masala). Lunch time service hours also provides an option for buffet that allows you to sample a lot of our offerings.

I have had their food several times and never once was disappointed. Though its a fine dine Indian restaurant but dont be surprised if you try some of their signature cocktails!!! They are some of the best around town!! Go check it out for yourself !! 100% Recommended!! Good luck Masala Team!!

Rated 3.0 This restaurant is operated by a Nepali cook who is attempting to cook North Indian cuisine. Unfortunately his efforts are not very successful and the lack of expertise and authenticity become the central theme of your experience. We ordered dal Bukhara, which although turned out to be like extremely simple black dal was tasty, baingan bharta which was a completely mediocre and the paneer makhani was something totally different in flavor with too much sugar. The mango lassi was good. While the food didn't really hold up, the staff is friendly and the restaurant itself is nice. When it comes to the rotis... The naan and tandoori roti felt like reheated frozen Deep products. They were not puffed or crunchy and lacked that typical naan texture. The pudina parantha was passable.

Rated 2.0 One of the worst delivery services ever. This is the only restaurant I have ever ordered food from which gave me the same lame excuse 3 times in 2 weeks- "car broke down". What's worse is the guy picking up the call at the restaurant does not even have the decency to confirm if he is gonna deliver the food after he has already charged my credit card. Oh yeah, food is just decent, not great.

Rated 5.0 This Restaurant specializes in Indian&Himalayan cuisines. Their sizzling Tandoor menu is very delicious. The dumpling one of many staple snack(appetizer) from Nepal i.e. momo is also mouth watering. The Chef Mr. Ram has an extensive culinary experience in Indian&Nepali cuisines. They do adjust the spice level according to your taste. Located at Langley Shopping Center in McLane VA this restaurant has a very good potential to give the neighboring competitors a run for their buck!! I would recommend this place to all the Foodies out there who love a quality food with great service!!!

Rated 4.0 The food was good, and arrived hot, fresh and on time. However, I ordered a mango lassi which was packed with the food and not sealed. The lassi spilled all over by the time the food was delivered. Please correct this for future orders.

Rated 3.0 Second time ordering, as good as the first was, the second left a lot to be desired. The Sikh Kabob was not cooked, when I split the kabob open the meet was still red and plainly under cooked. Disappoined, but the first time ordering was so good I will give them one more chance.
