Rated 5.0 Buying a home is a significant life event, and like in most life events, you wish you have a family that guides you through the process and helps you with the nuances and a few tricks up the sleeve. In our case, Nila Patel did just that. As a first time home buyer in California, all that my husband and I were equppied with was a determination to find a home, and Nila's contact. Suffice to say that was more than enough for us to buy our first home in 2 weeks flat - bidding through buying et al. Over a single meeting and a phone conversation, Nila got our requirements down to the T. We did not have to go beyond two visits to land our dream home. Starting with the bidding (some great pointers from Nila) to the registration, scouring over existing documentation and paperwork, Nila guided us through it all. If you are like us who dreads drowning in documentation, or to whom all the reports associated with buying a house is intimidating, you need someone like Nila to walk you through the essentials and the nitty-gritties covered in those reports.

Rated 5.0 Nila ji is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were not even mentally prepared to buy a home when we met her for the first time. Just one meeting with her where she explains you the process etc. peps you up and after that there is no looking back. She has good expertise of the whole process. She does not hesitate is going an extra mile to make sure that things gets done for you in timely fashion. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking forward to buying their dream home. At the end you would gain a friend and mentor more than a real estate agent.

Rated 5.0 I am very glad we chose Nila Patel as our realtor. I felt She always pointed us in the right direction. We were looking to a townhouse, but she suggested for a little more money (or instead of paying HOA), we could live in a nice house with great backyard. Hurrayyyyy! We certainly found our home, just like we wanted. She was very patient when we said No to certain houses and she also said No to houses we were interested. She wasn’t in a hurry to push us to something not worth it. She went through each home inspection reports with us in detail and explained us what it meant, whether it’s good or not and the cost estimation for any improvement and also what can be done for improving. She is knowledgeable in construction and house repairs. I actually learned a lot from her. She was also very supportive, when our closing was getting delayed and she stayed on top on getting updates and moving things forward. Also, she would give us advise and suggestions regarding everything she knew. I would highly recommend her to my friends.

Rated 5.0 Nila is just not your realtor, she is more than a friend to you when you get to know her and you can completely rely on her judgement as well as her experience. Being a new to the home buying stuff, Nila had explained me all the terminologies in detail well before even starting to look for my dream property. Now that I own a property in South Bay, I feel myself to be extremely lucky to have Nila as my realtor. She is attentive, keeps an eye for detail, suggests you an option as a friend and treats you as her family member. I would strongly recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking to be CA resident. And as my property selling agent said (while handing over keys of my property), Nila, you are a true Rock Star !!!

We were first time buyers a.k.a Clueless home buyers. Our criteria with the given budget was to buy a home in a good school district. Nila did her research and sent us some recommendations for open houses. She was genuinely striving to meet our needs.Nila guided us at every step of the way. We were new to all this , but Nila understood the importance of getting us our first house, address all of our apprehensions and followed up on ALL questions and concerns we had , with lightening fast responses. She not only got us our dream home, but she made the process seem like a piece of cake. She kept us informed, educated us on the process, and continued to follow up with us. We can't thank her enough.
