The property I live is really nice on the inside and outside which shows that the property is well taking care of before hand. Which makes you want to treat it with extra care. Mr.Patil is a great landlord because of his caring attitude and making sure the home is safe and secure. All terms and conditions in the rental agreement are far and nothing is hidden. I have been renting from Mr. Patil for 5 years and will continue as long as I can. My uncle and I have been very fortunate to rent from Mr.Patil all these years.
