Sridevi Miriyala is very nice, approachable, professional, knowledgeable and always accessible. She gave us a wonderful experience as first time home buyers. We appreciated all of her help and assistance throughout the entire process. Since this was our first time buying a home, she helped us through each stage of the process. We were looking in Loudoun/Fairfax County and Sridevi is very experienced in these areas. She is also very patient and explains each stage of the process very well so we felt complete informed at each stage. We appreciate her approach, knowledge, and making the experience a good one, even during such a volatile market.

Sridevi Miriyala is the best! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. She made the experience so easy and enjoyable, especially for first-time home-buyers like me. I felt so informed every step of the way because of how clear and strong of a communicator she is. Sridevi is quick to respond, always happy to help, and the most supportive and joyful. We are not first time buyers but it's been few years since we last engaged in a real estate transaction. Given how hot the market is, I believe expert advise in preparing buyers for the realities of today's market is crucial. We found such expert in Sridevi. First and foremost, she is someone you can relate to. She is very friendly, calm and, at the same time, does not hesitate to tell you like it is. She consistently thinks of what's best for you and tries to get you the best deal. We were amazed that she was able to get us a house in a super hot area for several thousand dollars less than the asking price. Thank you, Sridevi.

As a first time home buyer, there are tons of questions that we had and Sridevi was extremely patient in handling each one of them. She is very knowledgeable about every process step and proactively explained them to us. Right from guiding us to what all to check for through the closing, we were glad that she was with us. It was my first time buying a home and I talked with many realtors until I met Sridevi. She is truly a champion in her work and make you comfortable in choosing options and most importantly she helps you make the right decision. Finding and buying a good house in the price range you can afford sometime can be a challenge but she mentor you and help you to navigate the market and stay focused with your options no matter how many walk through she arrange in a day or weeks. She is available anytime and anywhere. She knows the area (NOVA) very well, have very good negotiation skills and understand the term and conditions of loans and contracts. I just closed a beautiful house with her help and it was an amazing experience.
