We cannot thank Rupali enough for her services. In our neighborhood, we had a short sale, a cash sale, and a third sale (less than a year ago) far below market for homes nearly the exact same floor plan as ours. We had to sell our home, but were very leery of putting it on the market due to those prior low sales. When Rupali told us the price she wanted to list our home for, we thought it was too high. Together they were by far the most responsive realtors I have ever had in Maryland or Texas. For every property that they found or I found, they would quickly schedule a tour and send in my application for me. All I would say is I like it.
