Rated 3.0 Nice menu but greasy food. Roti was slightly uncooked.

Rated 5.0 A true spice of life. This food truck AND its owners are one of a kind. I can't eat Indian anywhere else ever again. The love, ethics and care taken to craft their food is exceptional! Trust me I've seen them in action at their prep kitchen.... GET SOME PPL IT WONT DISSAPOINT!

Rated 5.0 Delicious. I had the lamb curry and it had great flavor and spice. Excited to try the other curries next. Also the Chai tea was perfect

Rated 5.0 Spice on Curve showed up to my place of work today. It was about 11:15, I was the first one there. The owner (and genius behind the super hot cook-stove) asked me if I had tried their food before, and then if I liked spicy. I told him no and yes in that order. He said he wanted to give me the chicken tika masala, and lamb curry. I was debating getting exactly that, so my assumption is that he is literally psychic. I handed him my card and waited. Well, not waited, more prepared to wait and noticed his wife was smiling at me, holding a take away container with a lovely flat bread and a plastic fork (the good kind, too. None of that bio-degradable bullcrap that melts in room temperature soup). I had literally just paid, and my food was already there and waiting. Thrilled I made my way up to my desk, and I cracked open my food. There is a little salad that comes with it, and the salad was decent. The real star, though? A generous helping of perfectly cooked, amazingly fragrant basmati rice, a portion of fork tender chicken tika masala, and a lamb curry that melted in my mouth. This is, without a doubt, the best food I've grabbed off a food truck, period. It is the best Indian food I've come accross, period. The couple who run the truck clearly know what they're doing. Their food is amazing and it's not over priced like a lot of other food trucks. My point here? Eat at this place. Give these guys business. Keep this place around. You'll thank me. Oh god, you will thank me.Even if you need to go out of you way, eat at this food truck. The couple who run this truck very clearly put a lot of love into what they do. Trust me, it shows. I am writing this as I gorge myself. It's that good.
