Rated 5.0 Fantastic Indian food! My boyfriend and I went there during restaurant week. We really enjoyed the shrimp entree and crunchy kale. Was a little disappointed that they charged us for sparkling water since everywhere else that I have dined in DC didn't. The ambiance was lovely though. There was a coat check and piano player, which was relaxing and not too stuffy.

Rated 4.0 An upscale Indian restaurant, a block away from White House - serves delicious food! Good place to have meetings/business conversations/family get-togethers.

Rated 5.0 Beautiful decor. The best parts of the restaurant are the decor and presentation of the food. The meal was unremarkable, and the portions are tiny. I took the wife out for dinner and a show at the DAR auditorium, so the location was also very convenient. The live piano player was also a nice touch. Considering the amount of fine restaurants in the area, I would probably not go back.
