The Vegetarian House is an organic vegan restaurant located in downtown San Jose; it was inspired by The Supreme Master Ching Hai, a world renowned spiritual teacher and humanitarian. The restaurant began operation in 1994 with a vision of a world where all beings, humans and animals could live together in peace, love and harmony. Our fine dining restaurant is truly unique as we offer a wide range of vegan dishes from all over the world, including: China, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Middle East, Europe and the Americas. We are sure your taste buds will be dancing with delight! We also have a huge selection of Gluten free dishes. Feel free to play our baby grand piano or take a seat at the bar and enjoy a freshly squeezed organic fruit or vegetable juice; ‘non alcoholic’ beer. Catering service is also available.
