My Kids (5,7) joined a year back and they have made great strides in dancing, performed on stage and look forward to going every week. Kids have done a mix of mostly Bollywood and few western song dances. Would heartily recommend.

It's a wonderful place to learn a variety of dance forms under the guidance of a single instructor. We explore Bharatnatyam, Odissi, Kathak, and Bollywood styles, all in one space. The learning experience is rich with creativity, and we even get opportunities to perform on stage, which makes it all the more rewarding.

Payel Ghatak is a hardworking, meticulous dance teacher who is dedicated to instilling confidence in her students while maintaining precision and purity in her dance techniques and methods. Payel takes her time in explaining the meaning behind traditional bharatnatyam movements and uses her expertise to teach us expressions. She creates a supportive and exciting environment where every student feels seen and motivated to grow. Her attention to detail in classical technique is matched by her dynamic and fun teaching style, which keeps every class vibrant and engaging. In addition, we get great opportunities to perform cultural Bengali and Bollywood dances, which make the dance journey all the more enticing. Every performance is unique and can integrate a captivating and beautiful fusion of bharatnatyam and other dance styles like Odissi, Kathak, Bhangra, Indian folk dance and even hip hop! My daughter and I take classes together. My 9 year old had been learning for 1 year and this what she has to say: “Ms. Payel is an awesome teacher. She motivates me to keep trying and never quit even if I struggle a bit. She is a very good dancer herself and I hope one day, I will be as good as her. She is really creative with her dances for both Bollywood and Bharatnatyam. She is the teacher for you”.
