Vinay and Aparna performed at my mother's 75th surprise birthday party last month. They made the event very lively. We had informed them that Dev Anand was one of the favorite actors of my mom. Vinay did some mimicry acting like Dev Anand and also told some stories around him which were unknown for most audience. This was in addition to their singing and came as another surprise for my mom and all guests. I had some games planned during the event which did not happen because the party did run somewhat out of schedule. However, I would still give them 5 stars since the main intention of the games was to engage guests and they were kept engaged anyway. We got good feedback from several guests that the party ran very nice and a lot of credit does go to Vinay and Aparna. We would highly recommend the duo.

Vinay and Aparna know how to light up a party! Recently they managed the sequencing of performances in our event and it was great! The whole 4-hour felt fluid and entertaining. Both are great singers and Vinay can do some impersonations as well. lol. So I definitely recommend them for entertainment in your events!

Aparna and Vinay, both singers of this group are fantastic. We had their musical program in last weekend. About 175 people attended it and everybody loved their singing. Their selection of songs was very nice too. Even though all our members are seniors, they became young and were dancing with full energy with the songs and the music. Friends giving and a mehfil that will be truly remembered due the efforts of Vinay and Aparna from Mehete Sur. They had a unique way to become one of us (mind you we are middle school friends in our fifties) getting us all involved and even getting people with two left feet dance away. They both have great voices and more so the warmth and love they sing with. The range of songs from 1950 to 2022 they covered favourites and they truly became the jaan of our get together. Vinay recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party and we all had a blast. He is a really good dj and anchor. He took great care to get to know us and curated the event as per my preference and played my daughter’s favorite songs. My 5 yr old enjoyed a full 4 hr event and dint get tired all thanks to him. He handled the entire event with ease and the crowd loved him. He had all the kids on the floor , conducted games for us and finally all adults also had a great time on the dance floor. It’s tricky to handle a kids party and entertain kids and adults alike. Can’t recommend him enough. ??

Mehekte Sur Jodi was more than just singing. They coordinated a very personalized theme and engaged the crowd. Babyshowers are usually games and all but this added a little variety to the event

The price is very reasonable compared to all other Dj’s and Emcee’s services out there. Vinay was great hosting our event did great job entertaining the crowd. The song selections were also great. Attended a 75th birthday part for a doctor friend and Mehekte Sur was the entertainer. We were all on the floor for over 2 hours on their Live singing and did not even feel the need for a DJ. Friends giving and a mehfil that will be truly remembered due the efforts of Vinay and Aparna from Mehete Sur. As a musician, I have worked with several performers but this duo is electrifying. Their energy, personalities and talent just makes them stand head and shoulders above the others. Vinay’s anchoring skills just completes their offering and makes it super value for money. They are passionate and their attention to every detail is just commendable.

The Mehekte Sur Jodi was amazing. We had them for our mehndi event and they did a fantastic job keeping the guests on the dance floor the whole time. They are great singers and their song selection was fabulous for both younger and older generation. They also played some great games which kept the guests well engaged. Friends giving and a mehfil that will be truly remembered due the efforts of Vinay and Aparna from Mehete Sur. They had a unique way to become one of us (mind you we are middle school friends in our fifties) getting us all involved and even getting people with two left feet dance away. They both have great voices and more so the warmth and love they sing with. The range of songs from 1950 to 2022 they covered favourites and they truly became the jaan of our get together. Attended a 75th birthday part for a doctor friend and Mehekte Sur was the entertainer. We were all on the floor for over 2 hours on their Live singing and did not even feel the need for a DJ. The best thing was that they were on the flooor dancing with us. I have never seen anything like this before.

We had this lovely couple perform at my sisters pre wedding ceremony a year ago and loved their live singing so much we called them back for the baby shower event. Aparna and Vinay’s vocals go very well together.

Vinay and Aparna are electric! They performed at my Uncle'e Sangeet in Edison and absolutely killed it. My family doesn't normally dance but Vinay managed to bring all of my Uncles and cousins out of their seats and onto the dance floor!!! Mehekte Sur is amazing! They are full of energy and we loved them. Great planning, attention to detail, and crowd engagement. Vinay had the right mix of retro, Bhangra and latest hits during the DJ segment. He is also very comedic so having him at your next event will be entertaining. The price is very reasonable compared to all other Dj’s and Emcee’s services out there. Vinay was great hosting our event did great job entertaining the crowd. The song selections were also great. I would love to have them at another event. It was the best decision we made to book them for our event.

Vinay recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party and we all had a blast. He is a really good dj and anchor. He took great care to get to know us and curated the event as per my preference and played my daughter’s favorite songs. My 5 yr old enjoyed a full 4 hr event and dint get tired all thanks to him. He handled the entire event with ease and the crowd loved him. He had all the kids on the floor , conducted games for us and finally all adults also had a great time on the dance floor. It’s tricky to handle a kids party and entertain kids and adults alike. Can’t recommend him enough. ??

We had invited the group “Mehekte Sur” for my in-laws 50th marriage anniversary celebrations. Husband wife duo were fantastic singers. They sang old Hindi Bollywood songs, as well as Marathi, Gujrati and Bengali. Truly versatile singers who could sing old and new songs both. They were amazing at engaging the guests, by making it fun and interactive function. All the seniors got on the dance floor and it was really special and we made some amazing memories. Thank you Aparna and Vinay. Thrilled to find out that have an entire band for weddings also.

I was a photographer at one of the events that Mehekte Sur were performing at and they were great! They create such a warm and lively atmosphere for everyone to enjoy and were amazing at catering their songs to match the crowd's likes.
