Mahender has been really cooperative, prompt and patient in helping us find our first house. He helped us getting a good house deal. Since we were looking for the house for the first time we had no idea of this field. He helped us understand various processes and educated us on real estate domain. He was never biased for any house (even the one he was selling as the agent) and never pushed us to buy any house. He honestly told us the pros and cons of each house, which helped us filter out based on our requirements. We took around 6 months to finalize the house and he was very patient and accommodating even when we asked him to help us check house in late hours (around 7-8pm). He very well handled the closing processes and provided good contacts for house inspection, loan agents, escrow company, etc. Apart from house search, he also helped us by providing suggestions as well as contacts of various home services especially required for first time house owners.

I was in Portland or and trying to get a house in Seattle and move. Mahender was absolutely fantastic. He scheduled showings and dedicated weekend for us. 3 of the first planned showings went sale pending on the Saturday morning we were driving up. Mahender has a very good understanding of the pricing and also very practical. We were able to narrow down from few places and get a house the same weekend (luck is a decent part). We had several places to make an offer but narrowing down which one to pick is a very tricky in the super hot market I was buying where house were going 20% more than asking. Hind sight is 20-20. Any other pick, I would have lost the bid. Mahender is very detail oriented. Getting his view on the condition of the house was a factor in offer process. I have kids and school was a concern and Mahender has experience in this space and it was very useful. Lastly, the fee is very reasonable. He is a terrific realtor and note a friend.

I was in Portland or and trying to get a house in Seattle and move. Mahender was absolutely fantastic. He scheduled showings and dedicated weekend for us. 3 of the first planned showings went sale pending on the Saturday morning we were driving up. Mahender has a very good understanding of the pricing and also very practical. We were able to narrow down from few places and get a house the same weekend (luck is a decent part). We had several places to make an offer but narrowing down which one to pick is a very tricky in the super hot market I was buying where house were going 20% more than asking. Hind sight is 20-20. Any other pick, I would have lost the bid. Mahender is very detail oriented. Getting his view on the condition of the house was a factor in offer process. I have kids and school was a concern and Mahender has experience in this space and it was very useful. Lastly, the fee is very reasonable. He is a terrific realtor and note a friend.

I was looking for my first home for quite some time and it is always extremely difficult to find the right property in such a hot market. But Mahendra is very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and always gave us the right advice mentioning all the pros and cons of the property. Neetu is a thorough professional with a personal touch. She patiently took my requirements that constantly changed with each home listing. I admit it was tough for her but she was helpful throughout and being a first time buyer, i had lot of hesitation in the pandemic crazy market. At times she was pestering and pushy , which is ok given how much pressure it was on her. But once we finalized on a home she made sure we got it. Well here comes the best part. Neetu helped us buy our first home in the 2021 one sided market tilted towards the seller. We first approached Neetu in 2020 and she patiently walked us through the entire process over an introductory call. We then ended up looking at a few houses but ultimately paused our search due to COVID situation. Neetu kept in touch and we restarted the process earlier this year. Neetu was certainly knowledgeable about the current trends and gave us advice without pushing us. She let us learn and experience the situation ourselves and make decisions that we felt comfortable making. This was important as it built trust. She gave us the facts but let us make the final call. She was also patiently willing to tour a number of houses. Immediately after any house tour, if we expressed interest, she promptly sourced the seller disclosures and inspection reports. In a few cases, she even helped arrange home inspection on short notices. I would have preferred getting regular weekly updates on home prices/sqft of recent sales by different sizes, interior features in specific neighborhood etc. However, before making an offer, she would source the comparables from recent sales in the zip code and also by calling up the agents of pending sales. What we liked was that she was looking out for our interest. She in fact advised us to look away from certain houses that we thought were interesting. Even post mutual agreement, she kept in constant touch and help unblock issues with the bank and in helping us think through upgrades we wanted to do. In fact she helped us get in touch with multiple contractors and ensured that we got the best possible value for our money. Through out the process, she built a personal connection with us and ensured that we had a good experience in a difficult market.
