If you are a first time home buyer with a tight budget, looking to stay in the bay area, talk to Nirmaljit Kaur (Nimo). She's local and knew the market and the neighborhood, has great relationships with everyone(home inspectors, loan officers, title companies et el.,). When we started, we met Nimo at a fair, glad I had the opportunity to meet her. After our first meeting exactly after 50 days, she hand over the keys to our first home in Norwood. It happened only because Nimo showed us what's possible with her unmatched follow up skills. ??

As a first time home buyer I wasn't aware of many things that needs to be paid attention to. Nirmaljit used to take care of that!! it was quiet an experience working with her, her response time was very good and I used to get reply back from her within minutes!! right from attending open houses to the closing of deal, she helped me immensely by patiently answering my questions and making me aware of how things work. One caveat though: If you have good FICO score, shop around to see where you get good interest rates. I would suggest big lenders like wells fargo, BOA or good credit unions. Make sure you lock your interest rate!! and get pre-approved letter. Overall my process was smooth and I am happy to recommend her to anyone who is a serious buyer.
