Recently we got his help to buy our home in Willow Glen and then to sell our old home in Evergreen in a few more weeks. His meticulous process started with his lengthy calls for about an hour to gather all our requirements and expectations from the home. He had made both combined and separate calls to speak to my husband and me to gather a different perspective for what we were looking for in a home. After that when we went to check the home, he specifically pointed out the caveats (and that’s why I think of him everyday) in the home which I might not like in the long run (since he knew me and my lifestyle for a while!). It gave me a chance to review my specs one more time and I told him that it’s one of the compromises I wanted to make, after running by all the pros with him. I have worked with Srini Goli in the near past and have engaged his services in buying two of my rental properties.
