One caveat though: If you have good FICO score, shop around to see where you get good interest rates. I would suggest big lenders like wells fargo, BOA or good credit unions. Make sure you lock your interest rate!! and get pre-approved letter. Overall my process was smooth and I am happy to recommend her to anyone who is a serious buyer.
