About Vaishali Ramachandran Dancer

Vaishali Ramachandran is a Bharathanatyam dancer, whose love for the art form began at a tender age of 4. She resides in Fremont, California and is the Founder and Artistic Director of Dayananda Kalalayam. Vaishali is pursuing Bharatanatyam training under the able guidance of her Guru Dr. Padmaja Suresh from Bangalore Under whose guidance she also practiced nattuvangam. She is one of the Senior Students and Dancers of Aatmalaya Dance Academy. In her formative years, she trained under Guru Smt Geeta Vekateshwar, Bharatanatya Kalalaya, Mumbai. She has been performing widely both solo as well as Dance productions along with eminent dancers from India as well as abroad. Her Fluid Grace, Neat Nritta and mature Abhinaya have been particularly admired by many. Vaishali has performed in many major dance festivals in India and the USA, and won all-round appreciation from media and audience.
