Vinay recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party and we all had a blast. He is a really good dj and anchor. He took great care to get to know us and curated the event as per my preference and played my daughter’s favorite songs. My 5 yr old enjoyed a full 4 hr event and dint get tired all thanks to him. He handled the entire event with ease and the crowd loved him. He had all the kids on the floor , conducted games for us and finally all adults also had a great time on the dance floor. It’s tricky to handle a kids party and entertain kids and adults alike. Can’t recommend him enough. ??

Jeetu was amazing! We had an interracial wedding with a Hindu ceremony in Asheville, NC and he assisted with a wide range of tasks over the course of several hours. He first assisted with tying our safas (headgear) for several men in advance of the wedding ceremony. He then played the dhol (indian musical instrument) for our baraat (indian wedding processional with dancing) prior to our ceremony. Finally, he played the tablas (indian musical instrument) during our cocktail hour set list and even did an impromptu collaboration with violin/cello instrumentalists for 2 more Hindi songs. We could not be happier with his performance and broad musical range!

Vinay and Aparna performed at my mother's 75th surprise birthday party last month. They made the event very lively. We had informed them that Dev Anand was one of the favorite actors of my mom. Vinay did some mimicry acting like Dev Anand and also told some stories around him which were unknown for most audience. This was in addition to their singing and came as another surprise for my mom and all guests. I had some games planned during the event which did not happen because the party did run somewhat out of schedule. However, I would still give them 5 stars since the main intention of the games was to engage guests and they were kept engaged anyway. We got good feedback from several guests that the party ran very nice and a lot of credit does go to Vinay and Aparna. We would highly recommend the duo.

Vinay and Aparna performed at my mother's 75th surprise birthday party last month. They made the event very lively. We had informed them that Dev Anand was one of the favorite actors of my mom. Vinay did some mimicry acting like Dev Anand and also told some stories around him which were unknown for most audience. This was in addition to their singing and came as another surprise for my mom and all guests. I had some games planned during the event which did not happen because the party did run somewhat out of schedule. However, I would still give them 5 stars since the main intention of the games was to engage guests and they were kept engaged anyway. We got good feedback from several guests that the party ran very nice and a lot of credit does go to Vinay and Aparna. We would highly recommend the duo.

The DJ had a great voice, smooth transitions, and used the sparklers well, keeping everything on schedule. However, he started the music too early more than once even after told. The transition music also caused confusion, as it sounded like full songs rather than background cues. The biggest part we didn’t like was that the songs we wanted played from the playlist we shared and told him to play were not played. Overall, the performance had strong execution but needed better communication and clarity with music cues.

Vinay recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party and we all had a blast. He is a really good dj and anchor. He took great care to get to know us and curated the event as per my preference and played my daughter’s favorite songs. My 5 yr old enjoyed a full 4 hr event and dint get tired all thanks to him. Over this past Memorial Day weekend (May 26, 2024) I gave my mom a surprise birthday party for her 75th. Pre-planned everything a month ahead of time. Vinay recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party and we all had a blast. He is a really good dj and anchor. He took great care to get to know us and curated the event as per my preference and played my daughter’s favorite songs. My 5 yr old enjoyed a full 4 hr event and dint get tired all thanks to him. He handled the entire event with ease and the crowd loved him. He had all the kids on the floor , conducted games for us and finally all adults also had a great time on the dance floor. It’s tricky to handle a kids party and entertain kids and adults alike. Can’t recommend him enough

It was truly a magical day because of them. They are more than just singers. They were like family. Friends giving and a mehfil that will be truly remembered due the efforts of Vinay and Aparna from Mehete Sur. They had a unique way to become one of us (mind you we are middle school friends in our fifties) getting us all involved and even getting people with two left feet dance away. They both have great voices and more so the warmth and love they sing with. The range of songs from 1950 to 2022 they covered favourites and they truly became the jaan of our get together. Aparna and Vinay performed at our daughter's Roka ceremony. One of the unique things was, since our son-in-law to be is Malyalli, we requested a malyalli song, and the two did an outstanding job!
