It gave me a chance to review my specs one more time and I told him that it’s one of the compromises I wanted to make, after running by all the pros with him. When it was time for the meat: the finances, he helped us engage with a mortgage consultant who arranged all the preapproval docs in a jiffy but with great accuracy! It has been a very pleasant experience in working with Srini, a truly professional gentlemen who cares for his customers and in general have a love for people. I was looking for a rental property investment and approached Srini in that regard to help guide me through the process. Srini started off with what factors I was looking for including proximity to Bart , high probability of rental , Schools , proximity to shopping malls among other things, and also not to discount the rental customers we wanted to target. Srini has been extremely helpful in educating me on all the above factors and never hesitated or have been impatient while showing me various properties. We might have gone over at least 20 properties before finally deciding on my rental property that I have purchased.
