He negotiated a lower price for us than the listing price in this cut throat, competitive real estate market of the Bay Area and also negotiated an extension of the time to close when our mortgage process ran into problems due to high rates. Srini never badgered us with daily calls asking us to buy a certain house singing its virtues like other agents do leaving us to decide which house to buy. I would recommend staying away from agents who bother their clients without giving them the time and space to decide what to buy, when and for how much and instead going with Srini.
