He had made both combined and separate calls to speak to my husband and me to gather a different perspective for what we were looking for in a home. After that when we went to check the home, he specifically pointed out the caveats (and that’s why I think of him everyday) in the home which I might not like in the long run (since he knew me and my lifestyle for a while!). It gave me a chance to review my specs one more time and I told him that it’s one of the compromises I wanted to make, after running by all the pros with him. When it was time for the meat: the finances, he helped us engage with a mortgage consultant who arranged all the preapproval docs in a jiffy but with great accuracy! Srini then helped us through the whole process of evaluating the numbers, making the right quote, presenting to the seller plus going back and forth with the right terms on the actual day of the offer. I have worked with Srini Goli in the near past and have engaged his services in buying two of my rental properties. I have worked with Srini Goli in the near past and have engaged his services in buying two of my rental properties.
