I have worked with Srini Goli in the near past and have engaged his services in buying two of my rental properties. Though at first you would feel it is unnecessary, but in hindsight it is very important and should take such guidance with seriousness. We were looking to buy our first home around Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, San Jose areas. We heard about Manu from one of her ads on the Bay Area FM channels. Manu was super responsive right from the start and very easy to interact with - just a text/phone call away for any of our questions. With the current housing market, where most houses are listed only for a week, she was really prompt in scheduling viewings as well. We think this is a true necessity for anyone in the current buying market. If Manu was not able to make it to the viewing, we would always have someone from her team help us with the house viewing (though in most cases we would have Manu accompany us herself). She also got us disclosures before the scheduled viewing many a time as per our request which helped us get a good sense of the house condition before the visit. Manu has great contacts with most other seller agents as well which offers an advantage during bidding.
